mr. fortin is a licensed professional engineer and has over 14 years of experience in civil and site design and serves as a project manager in the council bluffs office. he has background in construction administration, plan production, environmental and site inspection, permitting, and project management. brian also has extensive experience in environmental engineering and permitting, stormwater and drainage analysis, materials testing and assisting with surveying. familiar with all facets of the construction process, he coordinates well with project stakeholders throughout the design and construction phases.
