ms. church has over 14 years of experience completing wetland delineations, stream assessments, bank erosion hazard index (behi) surveys, ordinary high water mark (ohwm) determinations, mitigation plans, mitigation banking documentation, threatened and endangered species habitat surveys, phase i environmental site assessments, and stormwater pollution prevention plans. she exhibits considerable knowledge of state and federal laws for permitting, including the national environmental policy act (nepa), endangered species act, and regulatory 404 requirements. nichoel is intimately familiar with working closely with federal and state agencies, as well as city and county officials.
